    Be held in a space of non judgement, compassion and unconditional positive regard. While these sessions are not psychological ‘therapy’ , they offer a safe space for you to express yourself , explore and to lean into your experience as it arises through meditation.

  • 1:1 guidance

    Sometimes we simply need some individualised care and guidance. Everybody has a unique relationship to meditation and techniques that work for one person may not be so helpful for the next. In these sessions we explore what works for you, devise a plan to get you started and do some practice together.
